Away We

Go!

 A Big Warm Welcome!

I’m so happy to have you join me for this 10 Module Course on Leading A Better Place To Work. Shifting culture in your workplace starts with what you practice on a day to day basis, so we will be focusing our time in this course on personal leadership practices, and then moving into shifting our team practices and organizational practices. (Hint: a practice is an activity you engage in again and again, in an attempt to improve it!)

This diagram provides a framework that I developed to outline over 50 daily practices that support creativity, innovation and pro-activity at work for individuals, teams and organizations. Each letter in the framework corresponds with one module of the course, and with a different set of practices.

Please read the Introduction and Chapter 1: “Better Way” in your copy of A Better Place To Work: Daily Practices That Transform Culture, before beginning the course.

Don’t have your copy yet? You can order a hard copy here if in Canada (or on Amazon if you’re somewhere else in the world.) You can purchase a digital version of the book through Amazon, Apple Books and Barnes & Noble.

While you’re waiting for your book to arrive, we have provided you with the Introduction and Chapter One in PDF format which you can start reading once you download it below.

So, let’s get started!

Happy Reading!
